Worship Leader tasks:

1. Welcome everyone at 10:00.

2. Offer a brief summary of the announcements. You can find them in the reminder email (sent Wednesdays) or in Planning Center if you have an account.

3. Remind folks that if Middle Street is their church home, they can drop their offering in the box at either entrance to the sanctuary, or give online.

4. Remind folks that they can submit prayer requests using the prayer card in the pew slot in front of them.

5. Offer the Call to Worship. Pick your own or find a good list at www.middle.st/s/calls-to-worship.pdf. The ones from scripture are best.

6. Invite folks to stand for the first hymn.

7. Offer the opening prayer after the first hymn ends.

8. Invite folks to remain standing for the second hymn.
