Is my gift secure?
We use industry-standard SSL security through our merchant processor to protect your credit/debit card and bank account details. This is the same security that protects your online banking and credit card information.
Who sees my financial information?
At no time does anyone at Middle Street Baptist Church have access to any of your card and/or bank account details. For more information about how we protect the information you enter on this page, see our privacy policy.
How can I change or delete a recurring gift?
To change or delete a recurring gift, log in to your Breeze account. If you don’t have one, you can create a Breeze account. Breeze provides both our database and our online giving services. As soon as you create an account or log in, you should see your online giving information in a tab on the left side of the screen.
I made a mistake. Can I get a refund?
Yes. Please email the church office (office@middle.st) or call us at 603-436-2337.
Are there any fees for giving online?
We pay a small processing fee for online gifts and transactions – about 3% for credit and debit card payments, and 1% for ACH/automated bank withdrawal payments. You do not pay these fees – we do. You will receive credit for the full amount of your gift. If you would like to help us offset the cost of these fees, you can check the box that says, “Add $x.xx to cover the processing fee.”
